Eleanor Robson 

Ms. Robson is a Finance Professional and Entrepreneur. She was a Director at Credit Suisse Investment Bank for 16 years advising Hedge Fund clients on FX Derivative solutions. She served on the Vice President Promotion Committee fostering talent. Ms Robson was a senior mentor on the Fast Track Mentoring Program. Prior to that, she was an Associate Director at Investment Bank UBS for 5 years managing Scandinavian clients and Emerging Market Sovereign Wealth clients.

John K. Davies

For many years, John has been a UK Government Technology and Strategy Advisor, focusing on leading edge and emerging technology. This has included the regulation, standards and policies needed to commercialise these technologies internationally. John has supported U.K. technology companies scale globally with a focus in Asia and particularly in China. More recently, John has devoted himself to bringing his international expertise to small and medium sized creative tech start ups in the UK and help them to grow and internationalise.  John has also been invited by companies and regional Governments in China, Malaysia and other countries to operate as a strategic business advisor.

Katie Lee

Katie Lee has over thirty years’ experience of bringing China and the UK together through strategic investment relations, cultural exchange, and the delivery of professional development programmes.  Katie’s recent government positions include Director of China Relations at Department of International Trade (DIT), Counsellor of Strategic Relations at British Embassy, Beijing.  She had also been Director of the Great Britain Centre – a NGO that supports academic knowledge and information exchange between the UK and China.

With her unique background, language and cultural knowledge (Katie speaks fluent Mandarin), Katie brings her passion for closer cultural and economic ties in UK-China relations to QED cultural integration programme and future diplomats programme.
